LETTER FROM: A.M., NV
Posted on
While it is unfortunate that I must write you this letter from behind prison bars and concrete walls, perhaps it is for my benefit. Allow me to tell you why I think so...
First, I'm sad to admit this is my second prison term and I am only 33 years old. Ever since my first prison release, I have been fighting within myself against my own faith, despite the fact I grew up in a Bible-believing church and family.
I am currently in the intake unit at this prison yard. I was placed in a cell by myself. No money, no cellmate, no hygienic items, no bible.
The benefitting part is this—right on the door frame on the inside of my cell is a toothpaste-glued calendar card with your ministry address on it. And two days ago, I received a Gideon's Bible from the chaplain! Needless to say, I would like to receive additional information about your ministry and more uplifting material.
Thank you. God bless you always.
