We are here for those who are yet to come

If you have received Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord of your life, you are secure in knowing your name is written in the “Book of Life” and death has no victory or sting. You are a child of the Most High God and have His Spirit. As part of being His bride in Christ, your life is a daily invitation to those who have ears to hear—“Come! And take freely from the water of Life.”

Therefore, let them hear the invitation to “Come!” Pray for hearts to be prepared to receive Jesus, and for the Holy Spirit to open spiritual ears to be tuned to say “‘Come!’ And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely” (Revelation 22:17).

One day, you can look forward to eternity in God’s presence with perfection having fully come. Meanwhile, hear the call to invite as many as will listen, for the end is drawing near. The time will come for His return, and then it will be too late.

Having the mind of Christ, we want all to enter into glory, being spared from the wrath of God that will be poured out on the earth and the final judgment and second death.

Eternal separation from God is not God’s desire. He gives each of us a free will to choose His Son, Jesus, to pay the price of our sin. He grants us free will to choose the Way to Life eternal, or to refuse it. Eternity will come, and it will bring blessing for the saved,  but eternal loss and ruin for the unsaved, those who die with their sin unforgiven. This ought to move us to have the heart of God in seeking the lost.

The unsaved will be judged and cast into Hell, which was meant for Satan and the angels that sided with him to work against God and exalt themselves above the knowledge of God.

If you are NOT saved, you need Jesus to set you free. It’s as simple as:

1. Admit or confess you were born a sinner with a bent towards sin, and away from God’s righteousness. “All have sinned” (Romans 3:23).

2. Change your direction (repent) to come to God just as you are.

3. Accept, by faith, the salvation offered through God’s Son, Jesus Christ.

“… if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame’” (Romans 10:9-11).

For those who believe, you can be assured your name is written in the Book of Life.

If you read this and considered life and death, you now get to choose. Choose wisely this day whom you will serve. If God, do so with joy in believing Him at His word. The Kingdom of Light and the power of God is with you and for you.

In Jesus Christ, you receive the forgiveness of sin, because the penalty for sin has been met by His sacrifice. You also receive the power and wisdom of God, for Jesus nailed the law to the cross, and invites you to live a life of liberty and joy. And when this life ends, you have a hope and a future!

If you choose to reject Jesus Christ after hearing the good news of God’s love and offer of redemption, you will face the penalty of your sin at the coming judgment. This life will be yours to make the most of, but you will be a slave to your sinful desires.

Whether you are born again or remain in your lost condition, you will have the desire to worship someone or something. We were created by God to enjoy fellowship with Him, and only He can fulfill this need.

The choice is yours

Your belief—or lack of it—does not change the reality of the conflict between God’s kingdom and the kingdom of darkness. You must choose between an abundant life which comes only through Jesus Christ, or the self-seeking ambition and false hope that is of the devil.

As you read this, know that I prayed for you. Yes, you. I may not know your name or personally know you, but God knows you by name. He formed you in your mother’s womb and brought you forth with a plan and a purpose that He desires to fulfill. He knows all life has dealt to you and He knows how you have dealt with life. Good, bad, and ugly, know that He loves you abundantly. There is nothing you have done which diminishes His love, and there is nothing you must do to increase His love for you. He loves you just as you are, and waits to receive you with open arms.

Let go of your sin, let go of your self-will, and let God have His way in and through your life. No matter what age or stage of life you find yourself in, it is never too late to accept Jesus Christ into your heart and life on this side of eternity.

You are deeply loved, highly valued, and there are great blessings awaiting your new birth in Christ.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit” (Romans 8:1).

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father” (James 1:17).
