• Is depression clouding your thinking?
• Do you feel stuck while others are getting ahead?

• Do memories from your past replay in your mind?

Steps for Immediate Stress Relief

1. Thank JESUS for creating you, and tell HIM about every single one of your worries, even the small ones. (Psalm 34:18 & 55:22, Matthew 11:28, John 1:3, Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7)
2. Ask JESUS to respond to you, and believe that HE will. Simply be quiet and wait for GOD’s reply. HE primarily speaks through the HOLY SPIRIT and the Bible. GOD also speaks through dreams, visions, life experiences, HIS design in nature, sound advice from others, or any number of ways. (Job 12:7-10 & 33:14-18, Psalm 16:7, 19, & 46:10, Isaiah 40:31, Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 7:8, Mark 11:24, Romans 1:20)

Steps for Eternal Peace With GOD

1. Turn away from false beliefs and sin, such as lust, pride, lying, gossip, negative self-talk, fear, jealousy, unforgiveness, complaining, rebellion against rules and authority, obsessive thoughts, cursing, crude speech, drunkenness, and addiction. (Mark 1:15, Luke 5:32, Acts 3:19)
2. Receive JESUS as THE MESSIAH and as your LORD by believing HE died on the cross for your sins. JESUS always existed as ONE with the FATHER in Heaven. HE came down to Earth as GOD IN FLESH. HE lived the perfect life, never sinning once. HE died on the cross as the one-and-only perfect sacrifice for your sins. (John 1:1-18, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Colossians 1:14-23, Hebrews 1)
3. Believe that JESUS was buried and rose to life on the third day. Trust that JESUS is immortal, that HE alone is THE LIVING GOD. Because JESUS lives, HE can restore your soul and give you a brand-new and immortal body at the resurrection. (John 11:25-26, Romans 8:11, 1 Corinthians 15:20-22, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
4. Ask JESUS to fill you with the HOLY SPIRIT. The SPIRIT seals all believers for the day of resurrection. HE also lives inside you, guiding, comforting, and empowering you as you live for CHRIST. (Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 6:19, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 3:16, 4:30)
5. Thank JESUS for saving you from sin and Hell. Thank HIM for removing Satan as your father and making you a brand new child of GOD. Thank JESUS for rescuing you from the Kingdom of Darkness and bringing you into HIS Kingdom of Light. (Psalm 86:13, John 8:44, Colossians 1:12-14, 1 John 3:1)
6. Confess JESUS by telling others HE is LORD. Proclaim to everyone that GOD gives eternal life and peace to anyone who believes. (Romans 1:16-17, 10:9-10 &13)

A Prayer for Everlasting Peace

GOD, have mercy on me, a sinner. There’s nothing I can do to save myself from sin and Hell. Thank YOU for sending YOUR SON JESUS to save. JESUS, thank YOU for pouring out YOUR perfect blood on the cross as payment for my sins. I believe YOU are GOD IN FLESH and LORD OF ALL. Now, JESUS, I ask YOU to be LORD of my life. Please baptize me with the HOLY SPIRIT, and give me the power to live a holy life. I trust YOU are THE RESURRECTED AND LIVING GOD and that YOU will resurrect me into an immortal body like YOURS. Thank YOU for making me a new creation. Thank YOU for bringing me into YOUR Kingdom of Light and making me a child of GOD. Amen.

Tips for More Peace

• Get baptized to publicly declare your faith.
• Read the Bible daily. Memorize your favorite verses.
• Be anxious for nothing, but instead, thank GOD and pray about everything—all the time!
• Stop consuming videos and music that promote sin, lust, greed, and worldly pleasures.
• Throw away clothing, jewelry, books, and objects from false religions or former sinful ways.
• Get off social media that glorifies appearances, misleads you to compare yourself to others, silences GOD’s voice in your life, and tempts you to give up practical living for the pursuit of fantasies and self-serving goals.
• Feed your soul with JESUS! Try listening to an audio Bible, watching a word-for-word Bible movie, or listening to Christian songs.
• Stop complaining, and rejoice always. A bad boss, teacher, friend, family member, church experience, life situation, or government is no excuse to grumble against GOD.
• Serve others with love, generosity, fairness, and joy.
• Be an honest and reliable friend, family member, employee, student, or volunteer.
• Gather often with people who love JESUS and try to live holy lives.
• Be cautious of friends who deny JESUS is LORD, mislead you into sin, and downplay the need to repent of sin.
• Tell everyone about JESUS. Pray for those who persecute you.
