A Keyholder is someone considered trustworthy enough to have keys to the company doors and is capable of opening or closing them. In the Bible, Jesus Christ the Son of God is the Keyholder of death and Hades.
“I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades” (Revelation 1:18 NIV).
Death occurs to humanity because, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Also, “The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23).
Jesus said in John 10:9, “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved.” Jesus also said in Matthew 7:13, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction.”
So enter through the narrow gate by faith in Jesus Christ today.
“For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve” (1 Corinthians 15:3-5).
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
