FOLLOWING IS THE TEXT FROM THE INSIDE OF THE TRACT (WHICH DOES NOT CHANGE).

Dear friend: Someday you and I will stand before God. Can you think of anything more sobering than that? Do not think for a moment that you can avoid this appointment for God has already warned us: “It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). How horrible that day will be for those who have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ! “How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation…?” (Hebrews 2:3). Are you prepared to face God?

None Are Righteous*

Here is what God says about the human race: “There is none righteous, no not one” (Romans 3:10). “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Just as no one looks for a doctor until they realize they are sick, no one seeks the Savior until they realize they need to be saved. Are you ready to admit to God and yourself that you are a sinner in the sight of a holy God?

* Righteous - upright; incorrupt; virtuous; free from guilt or sin.

The Unrighteous Cannot Go To Heaven

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God?” (1 Corinthians 6:9). “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God” (Psalm 9:17). It is impossible to enter God’s heaven until something is done about your sin.

You Cannot Create Your Own Righteousness

“For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God” (Romans 10:3). Church membership, baptism, giving to the poor, or living a moral life cannot make you righteous before God.

You Can Only Be Righteous Through Jesus

“For [God] made Him [Jesus] who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him“ (2 Corinthians 5:21). “For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit” (1 Peter 3:18). How much God loves us! Jesus paid the terrible price for sin and satisfied the justice of God. He allowed His own Son to be crucified on a cruel cross so that we could be saved.

You Can Have Christ’s Righteousness Right Now

“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes... that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved... For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved’” (Romans 10:4,9,13).

Dear friend, your eternal soul is one thing you must not lose! Do not spend another second apart from Jesus Christ. He loved you enough to die for you. He knocks at your heart’s door this moment and asks to come in. Notice again His wonderful promise: “FOR WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.” Won’t you turn from your sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ today?
