You Must Repent

Admit you are guilty and in need of a Saviour. You cannot do anything to save yourself, or help save yourself—you ONLY need Jesus Christ.

Luke 13:3 "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Isaiah 55:7-8 "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord."

Christ Jesus Came Because of Our Sins

1 Timothy 1:15 "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief."

Romans 3:10 "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Jesus Saves

2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

Now You May Be Asking, How Do I Come to Jesus?

The Bible says:

Romans 10:10 "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:"

John 3:18 "He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

Your Turn

If you feel the Lord stirring in your heart right now, call out to Him sincerely from your heart. Your prayer could be something along these lines:

Lord, I know that I’m a sinner in need of a Saviour. I don’t want to die and go to Hell. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and arose from the grave the third day according to the scriptures. I ask Jesus to come into my heart and save me. Amen!
