Can I return an item?
If you received a damaged item or we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Items returned for any other reason must be either unopened or in their original condition, and must be returned within 30 days at your own expense. Upon receiving the item(s), we will refund you the cost of the items and any applicable standard shipping charges from your original order. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable once your order ships.
Are there discounts for bookstores?
If you are ordering items for resale through a bookstore, please see this page for more information.
How can I place my order?
On the "Checkout" page, there are several options for placing your order. You may submit your order and payment online, request to be billed, or even complete an order form that you can use to place your order by mail, phone, or fax.
What if an item is backordered?
We attempt to have every item listed in our catalog available for immediate shipment. However, in some cases an item is being reprinted or is on order from the publisher. If we believe the item(s) will be available in one week or less, we may hold your order until all of the items are available. Otherwise, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately, and ship the backordered item at no additional charge when it becomes available.
What if I have a sales tax exemption?
If you have a PA sales tax exemption, please let us know when placing your order (you can use the "comments" field if ordering online). We will provide you with a form to complete and return before your next order. Once we receive the completed form, we will mark your accoutnt as tax-exempt. If you would like to expedite this process, you can download a copy of that form and find more information here.
How will my order be shipped?
Unless you select a specific shipping method, we choose the most effective and economical services available to us. All orders shipped within the USA are shipped via either FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. The default shipping method for international orders is the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a shipping preference (or a deadline), note that you can select upgraded levels of shipping during the checkout process.
What are your shipping charges?
Here is our shipping chart. Notice that ALL ORDERS, regardless of size, ship for just $4 in the USA.
What if the actual shipping varies from the chart?
Our shipping charts have been very carefully designed to give you the best possible value, while accounting for ever-increasing shipping costs. They are usually very accurate for orders up to at least $200. Occasionally on larger orders shipped outside of the U.S., the actual shipping cost may be significantly lower than the chart. In those cases we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly and issue a refund if applicable.
When will my items be shipped?
Most orders for in-stock items are shipped within two days. Rush orders (orders with upgraded shipping) ship within one business day (same business day if ordered before 1 PM ET). If your order contains an item which will take longer than a week for us to have in stock, we will ship the rest of your order and backorder the delayed item(s).
Can I mix-and-match titles? Individual titles of tracts can only be ordered in packets of either 20 or 100. For a sample of each tract, or a variety of different tracts, try an assortment pack.
How do I order tracts? We suggest you use our shopping cart to gather the items you wish to order, and then use one of the checkout options to place your order online, or by phone or fax. See our Ordering Help page for more details.
Can I add my church information to your tracts? Yes, you can. See our Imprinting page for more information.
I want to see samples of your tracts. Can you send some to me? If you would like to see samples of ALL of our tracts, you need to order one of our assortments. Otherwise, we suggest that you request a sample mailing, which includes several Gospel Tract samples, our free quarterly magazine "Moments For You," as well as our latest catalog.
Is there a minimum order for tracts? The smallest quantity you may order of any tract is a packet of 20 tracts.
I prefer tracts with heart-stirring stories. Do you have any of these? Yes, we do. In fact, our tracts are of widely-varying lengths and related to many different topics. See our category lists to get started.
What Bible translation do your tracts use? All of our Gospel Tracts are available in two versions: KJV (King James Version), and NKJV (New King James Version) In addition, we offer several titles in Spanish (RVR-1960 or LBLA). Each tract is clearly marked online so you know exactly what you are getting.
Why don't your tracts include a "sinner's prayer"? We believe that true Biblical salvation is received through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, not through the repeating of certain words. If you want to, try this for yourself: search the Scriptures for how many times we are directed to "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ" versus how many times we are told to pray as a means of salvation. We are not trying to be picky or contentious here, but rather trying to avoid misleading souls into thinking that they can be saved by saying a prayer or by signing their name on a piece of paper in the absence of true saving faith.
Can I share a tract online? Absolutely. When viewing any tract on our website, simply use the social media icons at the bottom of the page. Easily share your favorite tracts through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Fancy, and Google Plus.
Can I print out a tract? Please feel free to print out as many copies as you wish of any tract on our site. This may sound surprising, but if you want to print more than a few copies, it may actually be cheaper to order them directly from us. Plus, the actual tract is professionally printed using high-quality paper and may look better than the ones you'll be able to produce at home.
Do you have suggestions about how I can use tracts? See our 100 Reasons and Ways to Use Gospel Tracts for helpful suggestions and inspiring stories related to tract distribution.
Can I translate or reprint your tracts? Please feel free to reprint ANY of the materials we write and publish in any way the Lord leads you for His glory. This includes our Gospel Tracts, and Choice Poems, as well as any of the books and pamphlets that we publish. A credit line such as: "From (name of publicaton), Moments With The Book, www.mwtb.org" is appreciated, but not required. Please note that some of the articles in "Moments For You" are reprinted by permission of a copyright holder: you must contact the copyright holder to obtain permission for using those articles. We also carry books and pamphlets from other publishers. You must contact them for reprint permissions concerning their publications.
