Dear friend,
This is the greatest news you’ll ever hear!
From the very beginning, God created you to know Him, to love Him, and to walk in His perfect ways. Humanity was made for joy in His presence and fellowship with Him. But something went wrong. The first man rebelled against God, choosing lawlessness over love. Since then, all of us have followed in his steps—lying, envying, lusting, or rebelling in our hearts. This is what the Bible calls sin.
Sin separates us from God and brings a terrible consequence: death and eternal judgment (Romans 3:23; 6:23). But God did not leave us in our hopelessness. From the beginning, He promised a Savior who would rescue us from sin and restore us to Himself.
The Savior Has Come
That Savior is Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God who entered our broken world as a man (John 1:1, 14). By God’s power He was born of a virgin, free from sin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18). Unlike us, Jesus lived a perfect life, never once straying from God’s will (2 Corinthians 5:21).
He taught with authority, healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and even raised the dead. Through His words and works, He revealed that God’s kingdom was breaking into this world (Mark 1:15). Looking at sinners like us, He lovingly called out: “Repent, and follow Me!”
The Cross: Love Displayed
But Jesus came not only to teach—He came to save. Though innocent, He was betrayed, condemned, and crucified. Why? Because of His love for you.
On the cross, Jesus bore the punishment we deserve. He carried every sin—every lie, every selfish act, every rebellion (Isaiah 53:5). He suffered in our place so that we could be forgiven and reconciled to God (Romans 5:8).
The Resurrection: Victory Won
Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, breaking the power of sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:4). For forty days He appeared to His disciples, proving He was alive and teaching them about His kingdom (Acts 1:3). Then He ascended to heaven, where He reigns at the Father’s right hand (Acts 1:9–10).
Because He lives, you too can live—with hope, joy, and the promise of eternal life.
The Call: How Will You Respond?
Friend, Jesus will return to judge the world in righteousness (2 Thessalonians 1:7–10). Those who cling to sin—whether lying, immorality, greed, or idolatry—will face eternal separation from God (1 Corinthians 6:9–10; Revelation 21:8). But God takes no delight in judgment. He longs for you to turn and live (Ezekiel 33:11).
Now He calls you to repent—to turn from sin and trust in Christ. Through His death and resurrection, you can be forgiven, cleansed, and brought back into fellowship with God (Acts 17:30). Eternal life is His free gift to all who believe in Jesus!
Your Response: Today Is the Day
What will you do with Jesus? Will you turn away and face judgment alone? Or will you receive His gift of grace, trust in Him, and follow Him as your Lord and Savior?
The time is now. Call out to Him in prayer: confess your sins, ask for His forgiveness, and surrender your life to Him. He promises to give you new life.
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” —John 3:16
