Look Up!

At an air show, the jets roar by—fast, thrilling, and gone in a flash. If you’re not watching, you’ll miss it. The same is true for death and/or the return of Jesus. Are you ready?

The Bible tells us all of us will see either death (the physical separation from this world) or the Rapture (when Jesus comes in the clouds to call the saved to be with Him forever). Death isn’t new to us; we see it everywhere we look. But it might surprise you to know that when death comes it is the entrance into eternity. Everyone will live somewhere forever; for the saved it will be in Heaven and for the lost it will be in Hell.

When a person dies not trusting in the sacrifice of Jesus, they go to Hell. This is what the Bible calls the second death, because it is not just physical separation, it is spiritual separation from God and His love in a place of fire and torment. We do not like to be confronted with that truth, but Jesus said the Word of God is Truth, and that is exactly what the Word of God says—it is the truth.

Is there a way that I can know for sure that if death should come or if the Rapture were to come I would be ready?

“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” (1 John 5:13)

YOU CAN BE READY!

Here are 4 things you need to know to be ready for eternity:

1. There is a God

He made you. You’re accountable to Him. (Genesis 1:1)

He is holy and perfect. (Leviticus 11:45)

2. You Have Offended God

We’ve all sinned—by actions, thoughts, and even by being born into a fallen world. (Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”)

Sin separates us from God. (Ezekiel 18:4, “the soul that sinneth, it shall die”)

3. Sin Requires Payment

The Bible says the “wages of sin is death” and that the “soul that sinneth, it shall die,” the second death. (Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”)

You can’t earn salvation. Good deeds aren’t enough. (Isaiah 64:6, “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”)

But Jesus paid the price—He lived perfectly, died in your place, and rose again! (Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"

4. Repent and Believe

Turn from your ability to save yourself, and trust in Jesus alone. (Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”)

He offers forgiveness, eternal life, and peace.(John 1:12, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God: even to them that believe on his name.”)

Don’t Miss This Moment!

Just like missing a jet streaking by, don’t miss your chance to be saved.

2 Corinthians 6:2 – “Now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

Will you repent and believe today? Jesus is ready to save you—right now.

We have researched and found the dates for the 2026 Blue Angel Air Shows to help you be ready. More important than that is that you are ready before you go off into eternity.

July 18, 2026 – Pensacola Beach Air Show

This is a major summer event where the Blue Angels perform over the Gulf, visible from Pensacola Beach.

November 6–7, 2026 – Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show at NAS Pensacola

This is the final show of the season and takes place at their home base. It's one of the most anticipated events of the year.

Practice Sessions

Practices typically occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the season, which for us in Pensacola occur between the two shows listed above. Visitors can watch from the National Naval Aviation Museum viewing area. After most Wednesday practices, the team visits the museum to meet fans and sign autographs.
