Jesus is.

That's right! The Bible says,
"This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us." (1 John 3:16).

You see, God's love for us is so great, He became human (in the person of Jesus Christ) and died for us.
"God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
"Wow! But why did He do that for me?"
God wanted to show us that He loves us by providing forgiveness for all our rebellion that keeps us from Him.
"This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins." (1 John 4:10)
And after Jesus died for us He rose from the grave. Now He offers us forgiveness when we trust in Him.
"I can be forgiven? What do I do?"
"All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him [Jesus] receives forgiveness of sins through his name." (Acts 10:43)
Simply trust in Jesus as the one who died in your place, then God will forgive you and love others through you.
"We love because he [God] first loved us." (1 John 4:19)
"Come into my life, Jesus, and be the world's greatest lover thru me."
