A Promised Judgment

It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. (Hebrews 9:27)

He hath appointed a day, in the which He will judge the world in righteousness by that Man whom He hath ordained; whereof He hath given assurance unto all men, in that He hath raised Him from the dead. (Acts 17:31)

After thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God. (Romans 2:5)

A Promised Escape

Eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began. (Titus 1:2)

The gospel of God, which He had promised afore by His prophets in the holy Scriptures. (Romans 1:1,2)

This is the promise that He hath promised us, even eternal life. (1 John 2:25)

The promise of life which is in Christ Jesus. (2 Timothy 1:1)

The Promised Saviour

He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)

God according to His promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus. (Acts 13:23)

Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. (2 Timothy 1:9)

Christ … who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you. (1 Peter 1:19,20)

Receiving the Promise

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:9,13)

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8,9)
