We humans are not static creatures. It’s impossible for us to exist in limbo. Every move and choice we make sends us in one of two directions: life or death.  I heard someone once say that Satan owns the fence – meaning that if we are living lukewarm lives, growing cold to the things of God, or agnostic about our beliefs, we are not then hanging out in safe, neutral ground. Sowing and planting has been a part of every aspect of Eleanor Ruch’s life 🌱 First, her grandfather founded a commercial greenhouse company – a firmly-rooted family business that has, so far, lasted five generations. Second, she and her husband spent years planting churches. And third, Eleanor’s personal lifetime mission has included sowing the Gospel in fertile hearts whenever possible. “I’m a seed-sower,” she said. “My job is to get it out there.” The 88-year-old native of Hatfield, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pa., said it’s important for us to know our unique individual giftings and to use them to serve the Lord. “I’ve grown in the understanding that comparing ourselves to others doesn’t work.
