What Will You Do With Jesus?
You’ve likely heard His story before. Jesus Christ, fully God yet fully man, lived a perfect life without sin—a life none of us could fulfill. Being the Son of God, He fulfilled every prophecy about the coming Messiah, died on the cross as an innocent sacrifice for our sin, and rose again three days later—defeating death, hell, and Satan forever. He appeared to many, ascended into Heaven, and promised to return for His children. His life is the greatest story of love, sacrifice, and redemption.
Now… each of us is faced with a question.
What will you do with Jesus?
Without Him, we are hopeless and sinful by nature—far from the holiness of God and unable to stand before Him on our own. Fair payment for our sin is an eternity in hell, separated from God. Yet Jesus sees our helpless condition and reaches out with an open hand, offering us the free gift of salvation and an eternity with Him in heaven. Through His death and resurrection, He paid the price we could never pay and invites us to come to Him.
Whether your past is broken or you’ve tried to live a “good” life…
All people need Jesus!
Jesus’ goodness leads us to repentance. His mercy and grace meet us in our weakness. His forgiveness removes our guilt. His power gives new life. His love secures our eternity. His presence and protection guide us through this dark world. His joy compels us to share Him with others.
You see, eternity is just a fragile breath away and is a long time to spend without Jesus.
Jesus wants you to know His love. He wants you to choose Him, but He won’t force you. A choice of indecision is a choice towards rejection.
How will you respond? Will you answer His call?
Salvation is so near to you that it only takes one step of faith in His direction, and He is ready and fully able to forgive, heal, love, and take this journey of life with you. Coming to Jesus in repentance and faith means a life redeemed, renewed, and restored.
He already made His decision on Calvary… What will your decision be?
What will you do with Jesus?
- Admit – your sin & that you can’t save yourself.
- Repent – of who you are & turn to Jesus.
- Believe – on Jesus’ sacrifice & that He is the only way, truth, and life.
- Call – on Jesus through faith for salvation & confess Him as your Lord and Savior.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 10:9–10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
After salvation, you should…
- Worship – Jesus in spirit and truth (John 4:23).
- Witness – to others about Jesus’ love (Mark 16:15).
- Work – together with fellow believers for Jesus’ glory and kingdom (Colossians 3:23).
