Have you ever experienced regret when you passed a deadline for something that you were supposed to do for a long time?

It probably did not feel the best! You might have lost a contract, missed some important information or forgotten about some other important thing that needed done. Oh, that will definitely hurt!

I come bringing you a very important message. What is this message, you may ask? It is the good news of JESUS CHRIST! This name may or may not be familiar to you. Whatever the case, I need you to give me just a few minutes of your time to hear what I have to say.

God, the Father, sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you and me on the cross of Calvary. The Bible says:

“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life”
(John 3:16).

Jesus is beckoning you to surrender your life to Him. Please do not think that you have committed so much sin that the Lord cannot forgive you. There was a man in the Bible named the Apostle Paul. Before He became an apostle, he was an injurious man. What do I mean by this? Paul used to persecute Christians who believed in Jesus. Acts 26:9-11 says:

“So then, I [once] thought to myself that it was my duty to do many things in opposition to the name of Jesus of Nazareth. 10 And this is just what I did in Jerusalem; I not only locked up many of the saints (God’s people) in prison after receiving authority from the chief priests, but also when they were being condemned to death, I cast my vote against them. 11 And I often punished them [making them suffer] in all the synagogues and tried to force them to blaspheme; and in my extreme rage at them, I kept hunting them even to foreign cities [harassing and persecuting them].”

Acts 26:16-19 is where the Apostle Paul described to the Jews how he had an encounter with God, who told him how Paul would become His servant:

“Get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you [to serve] as a minister and as a witness [to testify, with authority,] not only to the things which you have seen, but also to the things in which I will appear to you, 17 [choosing you for Myself and] rescuing you from the Jewish people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you, 18 to open their [spiritual] eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness and release from their sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified (set apart, made holy) by faith in Me.’”

You see, just like Paul, it is very possible for God to wash you clean and still use you for His glory. We were all created in God’s image and likeness, and He wants every one of us to embrace the free salvation that He is offering to us.

Are you ready to make a lasting and precious decision you’ll never regret?

Please follow these short simple steps of repentance and turn to Jesus Christ:

Acknowledge that you are a sinner, as the Bible says in Romans 3:23:

“All have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of God.”

Believe that Jesus died for you on the cross of Calvary. John 3:16 says:

“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Confess all your sins to Jesus and let Him know that you are sincerely laying down your sinful past at His feet. Proverbs 28:13 says:

“He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses and turns away from his sins will find compassion and mercy.”

If you have taken this bold step by fully surrendering to JESUS, be assured that your life will never remain the same again, Amen!

I pray for you reading this today, that your heart will yield to His calling. Serve Him all the days of your life. I pray that the peace and love of Jesus surrounds you now and forever more, Amen!!!
