All things are possible to him that believes (Mark 9:23).
This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent (John 6:29), and this is the eternal life of God. Jesus Christ came into the world to reveal His Father to mankind, and Jesus Christ is that “true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world” (John 1:9).
The Bible says in Isaiah 7:9: “If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.”
Hear what Jesus said in John 8:24: “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”
And you remain condemned for refusing to believe. “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:18).
There is no life if you don’t have the Son of God in your life.
“He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life” (1 John 5:12).
In John 14:1 Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.”
Let no one deceive you; believe God’s testimony concerning His Son Jesus Christ, and live. “If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son” (1 John 5:9-10).
If you refuse to repent and believe on His word, you just made God a liar and you will die without eternal life. The Holy Spirit is here to reprove the world of three things: “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me” (John 16:8-9).
God, not willing that any should perish, sent his Son: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17).
Are you ready now to invite Jesus Christ into your heart to be your Lord and Savior and repent from your sins and forsake your old ways of life?
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10).
Then thank the Lord Jesus for making it possible for you to find peace with God by praying something like this:
“I believe that by your death on the cross you paid the penalty for my sins. I receive your forgiveness. Please help me to live a life pleasing you henceforth. Thank You Lord.”
