I grew up in church and knew about Jesus—but I didn’t know Him.

In high school, I got caught up in partying, drinking, and smoking weed. One night, while sneaking out of my second-story window with a rope, I fell and hurt my back. Lying there in pain, I felt a peace I couldn’t explain. I realized I was chasing something that would never satisfy.

Later, as I was about to smoke again, a verse came to mind: “The things of the flesh are against the Spirit.” I tried to brush it off, but then I heard the Holy Spirit say, “If you throw this weed away, today you’ll find favor with the Lord.”

So I did. And everything changed.

Jesus didn’t just forgive me—He set me free. Now I live with real peace, lasting joy, and a purpose I never had before.

Let me ask you: Have you ever lied? Used God’s name in vain? Lusted or stolen? By God’s standard, we’re all guilty. But Jesus paid the price for your sin.

He’s offering you freedom and joy. What’s holding you back? Ask Him to show you He’s real—and He will.
