truth is truth

The atheist stance is that there is no God, but how can they know there is no God? In reality, they are agnostic, because they do not know. To admit that one does not know is admitting there is knowledge. Truth is truth, regardless of whether you know it or not. Truth still exists just like God. God is the I Am - the first and the last, without beginning of days nor end of life, the holy, good God with perfect knowledge, love, and correction.

1 Corinthians 4:4

For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

Proverbs 1:7

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 1:29

For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord:

The question is, why do I question the one who gives me the ability to question? God has given us free will to love Him or deny Him. We are not mindless robots, for if we were, there could be no true love.

By denying God, we deny logic, reason, truth, knowledge, and correction, for we cannot justify right and wrong, good or evil. Having no justification for any morality—true or false, male or female —everything becomes meaningless.

Without God, we become our own god with the false reality of there being no objective truth, leaving us empty and without hope.

But we have hope, purpose, truth and righteousness in Christ Jesus

For that we can thank and give Him glory and honor!

If there is no absolute truth and that is true, then is there a lie? If there is such a thing as a “lie”, can everyone’s truth be truth? No. If there is a lie, then there is a liar:

The devil, Satan, is a liar (John 8:44) and wants you to believe you have no hope or purpose or reason for morality. It is also a lie that you can be saved by your works of self-righteousness, which is the teaching of all religions except Christianity, which says that only by Jesus Christ’s righteousness, the righteousness of God, can we be saved.

Micah 7:9 says “I shall behold His righteousness.” Isaiah 61:10 says “for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness...” Isaiah 56:1 says “Thus saith the Lord, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.” Romans 3:26 says “To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.”

2 Corinthians 5:21

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

acknowledgE what is True

The first letter of True is the “T”, or the cross, on which Jesus Christ died to take the punishment of death that sin deserves.

“Rue” means bitterly regretting something one has done or allowed to happen. We must come humbly to the cross, acknowledging what is “True.”

John 14:6

Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Sin was committed in the flesh, and it must be removed in the flesh, only by God who was manifested in the flesh in the person of Jesus Christ: “behold the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29).

We are all guilty of sin before God, but in Christ Jesus we are presented holy and blameless, forgiven of all sins and trespasses by His work on the cross. We are seen as sons or daughters in His righteousness, not our own, if we believe on Him. The free gift of salvation is in Christ Jesus. We are a purchased possession, no longer our own, so we should live no longer unto ourselves but unto Him.

2 Corinthians 5:15

And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

Acts 16:30-31

What must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved….

John 6:47

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

Colossians 1:22

In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Romans 10:9

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

1 Corinthians 15:3-8

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:

After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.

And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

1 John 1:1

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

John 3:36

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

1 John 5:13

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

John 6:37

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
