Have you ever wanted something very badly, but later realized that thing you desired was not fulfilling? That it did not give you an inner peace?

You may be searching for someone or something or waiting for that next big break. Well, Jesus is that someone. He is that BIG BREAK! All you need can be found in Him.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father [God] except through Me” (John 14:6).

He knows what you desire, and cares deeply for you. He is the answer to ALL you need.

One day while traveling through Samaria, Jesus met a woman who was seeking water at Jacob’s well. But Jesus was able to recognize and satisfy a much greater need—her spiritual thirst for living water. Jesus gave the woman not only what she wanted, but what she needed.

“Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him” (Psalm 34:8).

When you align your life with that of Jesus, you will be far more fulfilled than you have ever been. The Lord knows who you are and what you really need. He knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5).

Jesus loves you. There is nothing that you can or will ever do that will be a surprise to God. The question remains—do you know Him?

Jesus Christ, the son of God, wants to save you and He wants to have a relationship with you! Jesus went all the way to Calvary and paid the price for our sins. His sacrificial death and triumphant resurrection has bridged the gap between fallen man and everlasting life. If you call upon the name of Jesus, He will answer.

Jesus is calling your name right now. Hear ye Him? Jesus is saying, “Come to me and drink of the water of life freely!” (Revelation 22:17).

Those who reject Jesus, reject their own salvation. And in hell they will lift up their eyes and weep and cry, asking for mercy, but then it will be too late (Luke 16:23-24). Sin (rebellion) against God’s righteousness may have its pleasure for a season, but there will be a judgement day.

Jesus wants to save you. He can, and will, forgive ANY sin. All of us, like sheep, have gone astray, but if we believe in Him, He is faithful and just, not looking at our past mistakes and errors in judgement.

Cast all your cares on Him—your worries, frustrations, doubts, unbelief, pain, fear, rejection, sorrow, unforgiveness, sickness, etc. because He cares for you.

Jesus is not willing that anyone should perish, but all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). You don’t have to die and be lost forever. There is an answer.

Admit that you are a lost sinner. Believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God who died for you. Confess Him as Lord with your mouth (Romans 10:9-10). Repent and be converted so your sins may be blotted out, and you will be saved (Acts 3:19).

“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission [removal] of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38).

Today is the day of salvation, time is running out. At the end of this life, wherever you awaken is the place you will spend eternity.

He knows you, do you know him? He is calling your name, answer! —K. Newman
