Dear searching soul, are you still filled
With anxiety and doubt,
Wondering what the truth is
And what life is all about?

Is there no meaning in your life,
Do you live only for some “fun?”
And yet you still feel hollow
At night when day is done?

Fill that space with Jesus, friend
If Truth is what you seek;
Sit in church, I challenge you,
And give God's Word a peek.

See what God has done for others,
Look around while in the pew!
Note the peace upon each face,
And ask some questions, too!

I know it may be difficult
To make that choice and go,
But take that step of faith today,
You’ll be glad you did, I know.

Hear the Bible read out loud
And listen to each hymn;
Christ did so much for you and I
