There are four questions that have plagued humanity for centuries:
1. Origin of Life 2. Morality
3. Meaning of Life 4. What happens after DEATH
Christianity, in comparison to all other religions and philosophies in the world, is the only faith that takes on those 4 questions with answers that are truthful and coherent and have stood the test of time!
Christianity alone differentiates itself concerning the bodily death and resurrection of a Jewish carpenter 2000 years ago: HIS tomb is empty! In reference to that, the Bible says that if Christ is not risen then the Christian faith is worthless (1 Corinthians 15). You see, if the resurrection of Jesus had not been true, then it would have been easy for people of that time to prove it false … all they had to do was produce the body to dismantle and discredit the entire Christian faith!
Consider the disciples of Jesus—11 out of 12 of them died a martyr’s death. Would you be willing to die for something that you knew to be a BOLD-FACED lie? You wouldn’t. No one in their right mind would do such a thing.
Friends, please take into account the great lengths that God took in subjecting Himself to His own creation to pay a debt He didn’t owe to rescue the souls of men (humanity) from death and hell. “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21). In order to be truly and soundly saved, you must respond in humility while you still have breath, by repenting of your sins and putting your trust in Christ alone.
