HOW TO BE SAVED

Romans 10:9-10 New King James Version (NKJV) ⁹ That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Therefore, by putting your trust (faith) in Jesus who died and rose again to forgive your sins, and praying (speaking) to God with faith and sincerity (Mark 11:24), He will hear you and save you. The prayer should come from your heart. It might sound something like this:

Dear God in Heaven,

I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your Word says if I confess (admit/acknowledge) with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I would be saved. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and I confess Him now as my Lord. In Jesus’ name, amen.
