Christ is God’s Gift to Everybody!
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
1. Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved.
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
2. Jesus Christ is the only way to be forgiven.
“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” John 1:29
“And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.” 1 John 3:5
We all need to be forgiven because we are all sinners headed for death and judgment.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”John 14:6
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”1 Timothy 2:5
The salvation that God provides through his Son, Jesus Christ, is a gift which can only be received by grace alone, through faith alone.
“… the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”Romans 6:23b
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”Ephesians 2:8,9

CHURCH is God’s Gift to Every Believer!
1. Through the church God provides his people with spiritual leadership
“Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.”Acts 20:28
All of God’s sheep need a shepherd.
2. Through the church God provides his people with Biblical discipleship.
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”Matthew 28:18-20
All of God’s people need to know God’s Word.
3. Through the church God provides his people with mutual fellowship.
“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”Hebrews 10:24-25
All of God’s children need one another.
God has provided the church for the spiritual growth and wellbeing of all his people (Ephesians 4:11-16).
